Shipping Policy We know how excited you are to receive your new jewelry purchased through The Jewelry Depot and we want to get it to you as quickly as possible. Due to ring sizing, and jewelry availability we make every effort to ship your new jewelry the next business day after ordering. We work with FedEx, UPS, and the USPS to ship your items as quickly as possible; however, we do ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your new jewelry to arrive before contacting with inquiries unless express shipping has been chosen. All items are shipped with insurance and signature confirmation required. We will ship to your home or business and want to make every effort to assure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if for any reason you would like to return your new jewelry we offer a no hassles return policy. International Shipping We offer international shipping via UPS and FedEx. The calculated shipping fees reflected are not including customs fee that you might have to pay upon delivery. Customs fees are required by some countries and are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any customs fee that you have to pay. Please check with your local post office for any rules and regulations regarding customs. Refund Policy Our *30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchase. That way you can be sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you can return any item without custom engraving in its original condition within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange. It's that simple. *Loose diamonds have a return policy of only 10 days. We can exchange your jewelry for another item, give you another ring size, repair your item, or mount your diamond in a setting. Call to speak to a diamond and jewelry consultant at 888-227-1706. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized (by a jeweler other than The Jewelry Depot), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no The Jewelry Depot return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Return Policy To return a diamond or jewelry item to The Jewelry Depot, follow our three step process: Your Return Authorization Code Call 888-227-1706 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the outside of your package and at the bottom of your original invoice Package Your Return. Place all the original packaging in the box, including the appraisal and the diamond certificate. (The diamond certificate carries a $250 replacement fee.) For security reasons, do not write The Jewelry Depot anywhere on the outside of the box. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as: Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.* More than $500: Ship your package via FedEx®, UPS®, or US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, When using US Postal Service Registered Mail™, request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached The Jewelry Depot.
